All readings, horoscopes, tarot interpretations, palm scans, birth charts, and other content generated by Psychic Visions AI are computer-generated and provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in USD.

6. Live Readings (Peaches)

Live one-on-one readings with Peaches are booked separately from subscription tiers. Pricing, availability, and session terms are communicated at the time of booking. Live readings are also for entertainment and spiritual reflection purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Psychic Visions AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychic Visions AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
